A truely rich and royal pure katan brocade with an equally rich satin woven border which gives the saree a beautiful weight and drape. a very pretty rani pink brocade with a  rich weave of antique gold all through the saree. The weave of antique gold stands out with  dual weave of  the small flowers in lighter gold all through the saree giving it a 3dimensional effect. The border in a contrast of saffron and purple in a fish  scale and lined motifs just add to the beauty of the saree. the palla is in rich purple and euqlly woven. The saree has a luxurious and royal richness that is charachteristic of a Banarsi yet it is comfortably light and does not contain the heavinessness of the yesteryears Banarsis.  It has a rich drape that adornes the body gracefully. It comes with a contrast purple blouse piece that match the saree.
