The five elements of nature provide the foundation for the entire physical world.

VAYU - The fourth element of Nature is “Air”, translated to ‘Vayu’ in  the ancient language of Sanskrit. Air can be felt and be heard only; one cannot touch it physically. In human body, the rhythm of breathing in and out, taking in oxygen and emitting carbon dioxide in the body symbolizes the element. Absorb the good and positive and let go of the negativity around you.
